Should Bartenders be held responsible for the actions of their patrons?

I don't feel it would be fair for them to be held responsible for someone elses actions. I could see if they were feeding underage people drinks but they are just doing their job. Everybody is grown that drinks in bars and clubs so they should take full responsibility for what they do. If someone fights because they were too drunk, its because they decided to do so, not because the bartender was told to make another drink which is what they're paid for. The fact of the matter is if you can't hold your liquor for whatever reason don't drink or drink small portions of liquor.

Where and how, if at all should sex education be conducted?

Well if anywhere i think it should be in colleges.I mean the reality is that people tend to learn about sex on their own around middle school though. I still think it should only be taught after high school though because it doesn't need to be a priority for younger people. I mean I think they might benefit from it in some ways but it would give the wrong message. Kids are too immature now a days to take the class seriously anytime before college. Once people hit college though they are at the peak when it comes to hormones and sexual activity. So I feel it should be conducted in a adult environment like college.

Does the American system of justice need reform to ensure that criminals are properly punished?

I feel that it should be because people's lives are ruined by the system. For example young adults put in prisons have no real way of coming out of the situation there in a changed person. If anything it makes them worst and it becomes a revolving door of going in and out of jail or prison. I mean I don't feel a crime should go unpunished but I don't think a person who sells drugs should get more time in prison than a murderer. That just doesn't make any sense. I also feel the system sets people up for failure giving criminals years of probation and parole. I feel once a criminal has done their time they shouldn't have to still have the burden of checking in with a p.o it's just not effective in helping people get their life together. There should be a different way to work with people who have committed crimes other than setting them up to back track.

Man wit the golden voice

I feel this man Ted Williams, is a strong man and a example of how alot of people theses days are struggling to redeem themselves. Maybe not in the same way but I think everyone has something they want to change about themselves and it's a battle for them everyday. In his case though I give him credit for even having it in him to try and change after all he has been through. I mean even though he smoked before he went into rehab jumped a big hurdle in his life. When it comes to someone like him it would not take much for him to give up on his self. Now this man has alot to change about himself though because he left his family and he still uses, maybe not as much but his goal should be to completely let go of what ruined his life. With him being offered movie roles and a place to stay I feel he should be taking this big blessing into consideration and running with it. He owes it to his daughter who has to still witness him using and the rest of his family and himself. I mean honestly the way this all turned out though we all know change doesnt happen over night so I have faith that if he really wants to change he can and will. I'm rooting for him but at the same time it's up to him to prove everyone else wrong and fight for his life back. I don't know the man personally so i'm not going to bash him, I feel everything happens for a reason and God has a bigger plan for all of us then we may ever know.
